As a gargle or mouthwash for throat problems. Pure if possible, otherwise slightly diluted. To support the respiratory and digestive functions, take 1 tablespoon every 2 hours of a mixture of 60% HA and 40% water. Sweeten if necessary (honey, agave). As it is also a tonic, stop around 4-5pm. In normal doses: promotes immunity, alone or in combination with Thujanol Thyme hydrosol. Excellent in drinks and in soups, stews and vegetarian dishes.
