If its price sometimes limits its use, think of its diluted form which does not take away much from its class! Precautions for use Not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy or in young children. Irritant in its pure state: make sure to dilute it sufficiently for skin use. Risk of allergy (limonene, linalool, citronnellol, citral, geraniol, iso-eugenol): take care not to overdose in mixtures. An elbow test is recommended prior to any skin application (min 48 hours before use). Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat and light.
