Withdrawal from Bioflore free of charge
You can collect your order at Bioflore's head office in Wavre
- from Monday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm,
- and on Friday from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm.
Attention: the order must have been finalised on the online shop. No changes or additions to the order can be made on site.
To do so, please choose the option "WITHDRAWAL AT BIOFLORE" when choosing the delivery method.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready for collection.
Mondial Relay delivery to relay points in Belgium, France and Luxembourg
The products are delivered to the pick-up point of your choice within 3 to 5 working days from the day of shipment (indicative time for Belgium).
Please note: You have 5 calendar days (including Sundays and public holidays) to collect your parcel.
For example: if your parcel arrives on a Wednesday, you have until the following Monday (included) to collect it.
After this period, your parcel will be sent back to Bioflore, which means additional transport, and the return of your parcel a second time will be at your expense.
We therefore draw your attention to collect your package in the 5 days after its arrival at the relay point you have chosen.

Bpost delivery to collection points or parcel lockers in Belgium
Products are delivered to the collection point or parcel locker of your choice within 3 working days of the dispatch date.
Please note:
B post collection point:
You have 14 calendar days (including Sundays and public holidays) to collect your parcel.
B post Parcel Locker:
You have 5 calendar days (including Sundays and public holidays) to collect your parcel.
Example: if your parcel arrives on a Wednesday, you have until the following Monday (inclusive) to collect it.
After this period, your parcel will be returned to Bioflore, which incurs additional transport costs; the cost of resending your parcel a second time will then be at your expense.
We therefore urge you to collect your parcel within this timeframe.

Shipping with tracking at home
1) Home delivery via Bpost (in Belgium and other countries)
Shipping costs are free if your order exceeds €45 to Belgium (see table below for other countries).
The products are delivered to you within
- 2 working days from the day of shipment (indicative time) for Belgium,
- and within 3 to 5 working days from the day of shipment (indicative time) for Europe.
The shipping costs do not include customs fees and other charges for entry into certain countries, which are borne exclusively by the customer.

Shipping costs are free if your order exceeds 49 euros to France.
Please note: if you are not present when the UPS driver arrives, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest relay point.

Delivery is possible for your orders of €50 or more including VAT.
To validate your order :
- Place the products you wish to order in your shopping cart (while logged into your customer account)
- Contact our customer service via the contact form on our website, choosing the topic "Delivery abroad" to receive the actual shipping fees. Our team will contact you by email.
- Make the payment for the shipping fees. Your order will be effective after reception of the payment of the shipping fees, you will then receive a second email to make the payment of your order.
- Make the payment of your order to complete it.
The shipping fees do not include the customs fees and other annexes at the entry of certain countries, these fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our vegetal oils and hydrosols are preservative-free. The temperature variations that they are likely to undergo during a long transport can affect their state of conservation and their quality.
