To limit the use of single-use parcels, we are offering you a new system of reusable envelopes and parcels, with the RE-ZIP system, for all your orders shipped to Belgium and the Netherlands.
This reusable packaging system helps to limit the environmental impact of e-commerce. The more you use it, the more this type of circular economy system will work, inspire and become the norm!
This system is ultra-simple, practical, stress-free and allows you to give your packaging several lives.
This solution involves the use of a mobile phone (when returning the box, via the RE-ZIP web app).

RE-ZIP reusable packaging
You can now choose reusable RE-ZIP packaging to receive your Bioflore order, thereby limiting the environmental impact of your parcel.
When you choose the reusable packaging, we will return the €2 extra cost involved in this ecological wrapping in the form of a €2 voucher to be used on our Bioflore online shop.
Returning the box or RE-ZIP envelope is easy and free, directly to your BPost letterbox or to a close drop-off point.

How does it work?
- Place your order on our website.
- Add the RE-ZIP reusable packaging directly to your cart or at the checkout stage before payment.
The additional cost of the reusable packaging is €2 (refunded in the form of a voucher via the RE-ZIP web application once the packaging has been received). - When you receive your Bioflore order, carefully unpack your products and then simply fold the empty RE-ZIP box following the instructions on the packaging.
- Scan the RE-ZIP QR code on the packaging with your smartphone to access the RE-ZIP web application. There you will find a list of drop-off points near you (mainly Bpost letterboxes).
- Go to the Bpost letterbox or drop-off point of your choice. Scan the QR code again using the RE-ZIP app to confirm the return, then simply place the package in the letterbox.
No stamp or label is required! - Once the parcel has been received, you will automatically get a €2 gift code to download to your smartphone via the RE-ZIP app,which you can use on our Bioflore website when you place your next order.
