RE-ZIP reusable packaging

1. Place your order on our website.
2. Add the RE-ZIP reusable packaging to your cart, by clicking on add to cart here, or during checkout, before the payment stage.
3. The additional cost of the multi-use packaging is €2 (which will be refunded to you in the form of a voucher upon return of the packaging).
   When you receive your Bioflore order, carefully unpack your products and then simply fold the empty RE-ZIP box following the instructions on the packaging.
4. Install the RE-ZIP application on your smartphone.
5. Go to the Bpost letterbox or the drop-off point of your choice (you can find all the drop-off locations on the RE-ZIP application).
   Scan the QR code on the RE-ZIP packaging via the RE-ZIP application to validate the return and drop it in the letterbox.
   No return label or stamp is required!
6. Once the packaging has been received, your RE-ZIP account will be credited with a unique gift code worth €2, which you can use on our Bioflore website when you place your next order.
