Commonly called "organic lemon essential oil", it is in fact an essence, obtained by cold expression of the zest. This extraction technique also allows the collection of non-volatile molecules, such as flavonoids.

• Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose (2 drops 3 times a day, maximum 205 mg).
• Not suitable for pregnant women during the first 3 months of pregnancy, nor for children under 3 years of age.
• Risk of irritation when used undiluted, always use diluted, respecting the recommended doses.
• Photosensitizing essence, do not use before sun exposure.
• Prefer the respiratory and oral routes to the dermal route.
• Potential blood thinner, do not use orally in case of coagulation disorders or anticoagulant treatment.
• Risk of allergy (limonene): take care not to overdose in mixtures. An elbow test is recommended prior to any skin application (min 48 hours before use).
• Avoid contact with the eyes.
