Presentation Ravintsara is an Asian camphor tree found in Madagascar and therefore produces a specific essential oil with a different chemotype to that of China. It is a tree that seeks light and is rich in essence in all its parts, but only its leaves are harvested and distilled twice a year. Always use it organically, and from crops that respect the earth and people. Most frequent uses Aromatherapy External use Respiratory tract: +++ Gentle olfaction +++ Inhalation +++ Diffusion +++ Skin use: +++ Bath: +++ Properties Essential oil characterized mainly by its 1.8 cineole (also called eucalyptol), a molecule with respiratory tropism. It also contains monoterpenes, monoterpenols, esters and sesquiterpenes and owes most of its properties to an interaction between its dominant monoterpenol, alpha-terpineol, and 1.8 cineole. Aromatherapy External use In diffusion, participates in the purification of the atmosphere, alone or associated with other essential oils. Promotes respiratory comfort, particularly in winter. Soothing, helps in case of heavy pressure and weariness. Toning, supports the body's defences and reduces temporary fatigue. Calming, contributes to a restful sleep, promotes endurance and contributes to a good morale. Psycho-emotional benefits Ravintsara essential oil has a green, warm, penetrating aroma. The 1.8 cineole, well present, does not manage to relegate to the background the characteristic nuance of a Lauraceae. It is therefore an essential oil of will: it stimulates those who are macerating in lethargic states. It shows the way out and helps those who doubt to become aware of their own resources to bounce back.
