Ingredients for 200ml - 5 ml sweet almond oil - 80 ml mineral water - 30 ml of chamomile hydrosol - 30 ml aloe vera gel - 24 ml decyl glucoside - 24 ml coco-glucoside - 5 drops of cosgard (preservative) Material - 1 bowl - 1 beaker - 1 water bath - A thermometer - 1 mini whisk - 1 bottle Preparation 1/ Clean and disinfect equipment, utensils, work surfaces and hands. 2/ Weigh the aqueous phase in a beaker and heat in a water bath to a maximum of 40?C. Then remove from the heat. Mix well. 3/ When the two mixtures are at the same temperature (between 40?C and 50?C), slowly pour the aqueous phase into the oily phase without ceasing to stir vigorously with a mini whisk for about 3 minutes until the mixture whitens and becomes homogeneous. 4/ Without ceasing to stir, place the beaker in cold water to accelerate the cooling and setting of the emulsion for another 3 minutes. 5/ Gradually add the aloe vera, mixing well between each addition. 6/ Transfer the preparation to a sterilised container.
