This mini stainless steel whisk allows to act efficiently on small volumes of aqueous or oily phase. It is designed to be used in all the jar sizes we sell: 15 ml jar, 50 ml jar, 100 ml jar, 60 ml stainless steel bowl.
Example of application: re-homogenising a jar of cream whose phases are separating.
Stainless steel is perfectly inert and guarantees the best aseptization.
In the more traditional volumes, such as the 500 ml stainless steel bowl, you can use the classic whisks normally available on the market.
