White clay is perfectly suited to all types of skin, even the most sensitive. It is mainly used as a mask for dull skin lacking radiance. A hair mask will be beneficial to hair lacking body and shine. On the face, the white clay mask can be applied anywhere, even around the eyes. Instant recipe for a healthy glow mask Mix 2 level tablespoons of white clay with a hydrosol. Add 2 to 3 drops of essential oil. Mix to obtain a malleable paste. Apply to the face. Wash off with water without waiting for the clay to harden completely. Moisturise the skin with a vegetable oil or cream. Suggested associations HA + E for a mask : HA of Rose otto or HA of rose geranium + EO of katafray or Atlas cedar or lemon balm Lemon balm HA + rose geranium EO - HA of rosemary verbenone (best suited to combination to oily skin) + EO of Atlas cedar. White clay is also the ideal basis for a homemade toothpaste. Instant toothpaste recipe Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of white clay with hyrolat until a paste is obtained. Recommended hydrolat: sage hydrolat for its healing and soothing action. Add a little bicarbonate to increase the whitening power. Add a little neem oil for its disinfecting and tartar regulating properties. Add an EO of your choice: tea tree or laurel for their disinfectant power, peppermint for its disinfectant and refreshing power, myrrh for its soothing power...
