Forest footbath

    You can enjoy this footbath for 15 to 20 minutes, although the water should always be hot.

    Ingredients for a foot bath

    • 2 tablespoons Dead Sea salt
    • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    • 3 drops of ravintsara essential oil
    • 3 drops of balsam fir essential oil
    • 3 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil

    1. Mix the salt, vegetable oil and essential oils in a small bowl.
