    Organic Eucalyptus radiata essential oil

    1 reviews

Fast-growing aromatic tree. Native to Australia, its leaves, traditionally used by the Aborigines, have a balsamic and camphorated odour. It has acclimatised well to the Mediterranean basin and, through distillation, produces an essential oil with fresh, penetrating and warm aromas!

    Our opinion

By use and popularity, it is the king of the Eucalyptus... a sure thing! Its essential oil is very well tolerated. However, remember to alternate with other cineole essential oils, such as organic Smith's Eucalyptus, organic Niaouli, organic Marjoram...

    Botanical family: Myrtaceae
    Latin name: Eucalyptus radiata
Other names: Eucalyptus officinalis, Fever tree
    Origin: Australia
Cultivation: Controlled organic agriculture - Certisys-BE1 control
    Part used: leaf
    Production process: Steam distillation
Quality: 100% pure, natural, integral and chemotyped - Food grade
    Olfactory notes: sweet, kinetic, fresh

Terpene oxides: 1.8 cineole (66%) - controlled content not exceeding 70%
    Monoterpenols: alpha-terpineol, geraniol, borneol
    Esters: terpenyl acetate

Do not confuse the essential oil of Eucalyptus radiata with that of Eucalyptus globulus, which has a higher cineole content.
