A powerful essential oil, to be used in a mixture with other essential oils, or, depending on the needs, prefer the milder essential oil of Eucalyptus radiata.

• Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose (2 drops 3 times a day, maximum 240mg).
• Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
• Not recommended for children under 12 years of age (except as a vapour, and in combination with other essential oils)
• Contraindicated in patients with epilepsy or a history of seizures.
• Not recommended for asthmatics (especially for inhalation or diffusion).
• Cineole essential oils should not be used in asthmatics as a first line of treatment without medical advice.
• Due to its cineole content, there is a known risk of drug interaction: do not administer orally without medical advice if you are taking medication.
• Not for oral use in case of heartburn.
• Always use by the skin.
• Risk of allergy (limonene): take care not to overdose in mixtures. An elbow test is recommended prior to any skin application (min 48 hours before use).
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.
• Store away from heat and light.
