Myrtle essential oil: red or green? The green one has the strongest "myrtle" personality but is relatively expensive. One of the advantages of red oil is that it is more competitive in this respect.

Note

Do not confuse the essential oils of Green Myrtle and Red Myrtle, which have different biochemical profiles.

Precautions for use

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women or children under 6 years of age.
Not recommended for people with epilepsy or a history of convulsions, or for asthmatics, especially in diffusion, due to its 1.8 cineole content.
Risk of allergy (limonene): take care not to overdose in mixtures. An elbow test is recommended prior to any skin application (min 48 hours before use).
Avoid contact with the eyes.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Store away from heat and light.
