This organic chest balm for massaging into the chest combines 5 essential oils with expectorant and respiratory action. Ideal in autumn and winter, it encourages full breathing and helps to decongest the respiratory tract thanks to the expectorant, mucolytic, antiviral and antibacterial properties of the aromatic compounds it contains.

Plants in the spotlight:

• Organic Eucalyptus radiata essential oil: rich in 1.8 cineole, monoterpenols and monoterpenes with anti-infectious, antiviral, antibacterial, expectorant, mucolytic, decongestant and immunostimulant action, this essential oil brings its wide range of aromatic molecules to this respiratory balm while helping to support the immune system.
• Organic Ravintsara essential oil: A winter essential, Ravintsara is an essential in the aromatherapy kit for boosting the immune system and fighting seasonal viruses. Its richness in 1.8-cineole and alpha-terpineol molecules gives it anti-infectious, expectorant and immunomodulating properties.
• Organic Scots Pine essential oil: very useful for relieving congestion in the respiratory system, this essential oil is rich in monoterpenes (particularly a-pinene), which have a decongestant and mucolytic action on the respiratory system. It also contains bornyl acetate, which has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory action.
• Organic Niaouli essential oil: another aromatherapy essential for winter! Very rich in 1.8 cineole, with antibacterial, antiviral and expectorant action, and in monoterpenes with antiseptic, antiviral and mucolytic action. The viridiflorol molecule present in this essential oil helps to clear the respiratory tract by supporting the decongestant properties of the 1.8 cineole and a-pinene molecules.
• Organic Lemon essence: very rich in d-limonene molecules with antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties. Its lively, tangy aroma helps to keep the mind clear while providing energy and vitality.

Massage a dab of balm on your chest to help you breathe fully as soon as you feel the need. You can also massage a small dab onto the shoulders and back of the neck to support your immune system.
