Do not confuse it with the essential oils of Thymus zygis, also known as Spanish Thyme.

• Contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women and in children under 6 years of age, in epileptics or in those with a history of convulsions.
• Not recommended for asthmatics (inhalation or diffusion). Cineole essential oils should not be used in asthmatics as a first line of treatment without medical advice.
• For external use only, always use by skin or inhalation.
• Potentially dermocaustic, always dilute in a vegetable oil.
• Risk of allergy (limonene, linalool): take care not to overdose in mixtures. An elbow test is recommended prior to any skin application (min 48 hours before use).
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.
• Store away from heat and light.
