Our opinion

Although its aroma is very distinctive, very personal, this essential oil has an energy quite similar to that of Sandalwood. It is sometimes referred to as a lower quality sandalwood, unfairly, as it deserves to be known. A protected species, to be used sparingly.

Precautions for use

Essential oil with male hormonal action.
Contraindicated in women in general.
Strictly contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women and children.
Not for internal use without medical advice.
Risk of allergy (farnesol): take care not to overdose in mixtures. An elbow test is recommended prior to any skin application (min 48 hours before use).
Avoid contact with the eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store away from heat and light.
