Organic wild officinal lavender, native to the Alpes de Haute Provence, harvested at an average altitude of 1,300 metres. An emblematic plant of the South of France, it grows in arid soils and can withstand wide variations in temperature. It is characterised by its delicate, violet-blue flowers, which bloom in midsummer and, like the stem and leaves, are loaded with aromatic molecules.

Organic Wild Officinal Lavender essential oil is made up of numerous constituents, in particular esters such as linalyl acetate and lavandulyl acetate, which are calming and relaxing molecules. The diversity of constituents is more marked than in other varieties of True lavender, with a strong presence of terpinen-4-ol and a touch of 1.8 cineole.
