With its high linalool content, this Thymus vulgaris ct linalool is clearly a serious substitute for rosewood. Without having the relative monotony of the latter: the presence of esters and the hint of thymol give it a lot of character. The yield of thyme during distillation remains low and the price is systematically affected. Very useful, this linalool thyme should be used sparingly.
Sweet thyme essential oil stimulates immunity and fights infections. It stimulates general vitality when this is compromised by a deficient immunity. In addition to its well-known applications, it is interesting to extend its use to children.
The high presence of linalool always implies a neurotonic and de-stressing action. Although in the background, the earthy character of thyme brings its vitality potential. This EO will suit wonderfully sensitive people whose action is hindered by a fragile immunity and the difficulty to manage stress. Children appreciate it: one will think of using it when the child is withdrawn on itself and has difficulty in entering in relation with the others.
