• as a mask: 1 to 3% of the composition in jojoba oil. Apply to the scalp, rub in slow, circular motions (it's the scalp that moves, not the fingers!), and leave on for an hour to overnight before shampooing. Jojoba helps to balance oil production, whether the hair is dry or oily. You can add a little castor oil (specific for regrowth) and/or coconut oil (which helps repair damaged hair) to your jojoba base.
• in the form of a hair lotion: choose a hydrosol: rosemary cineole or sage hydrosols are ideal as hair tonics, rosemary verbenone hydrosol is specific to hair with an oily tendency, Roman chamomile hydrosol relieves itchy scalps. For 200 ml of hydrosol, add the volume of a hazelnut of aloe gel. Add 4 ml of the Energétique Cheveux composition, which corresponds to 80 drops. Before applying to the scalp, always shake vigorously. A misting pump will facilitate the application.
• 1 to 2 drops in a dose of neutral shampoo the same dose can be incorporated into rhassoul (which you can transform into a paste using a hydrosol), which preserves the protective film of the scalp and hair. A rhassoul from time to time, instead of a shampoo: a very good idea! A little castor oil added to your rhassoul will soften this strictly mineral base.
