In cosmetics, it is particularly appreciated by skin in pain for its soothing properties, and the presence of gamma-linolenic acid makes it very softening. Its properties are similar to those of evening primrose and rose hip oils. Firming and anti-wrinkle, it is specifically suited to dry and very delicate, even allergic, skin.
