Evening primrose oil is very rich in essential fatty acids. It contains linoleic acid but also, in the oil itself, so-called "gamma-linolenic acid" which we synthesise through the action of our enzymes. As a result, our metabolism is less burdened and the hormone-like impact of this oil is greater.
It is known to relieve 60% of women from the stresses of menstruation.
