A magnificent yellow flower, whose name means "Flower of flowers", Ylang-ylang adorns the cananga trees of the Indian Ocean islands: Madagascar, the Comoros archipelago, Reunion Island... It is harvested at dawn and its essential oil, which is complete here, is made up of all the fractions resulting from its distillation, which lasts about ten hours. Its exotic, warm and intoxicating fragrance is an invitation to travel and leaves no one indifferent.

Our opinion

While Ylang-ylang Extra essential oil (the fraction collected at the very beginning of distillation) is very flowery, Ylang-ylang Complete essential oil is deep.

Precautions for use

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in children under 6 years of age.
Risk of allergy (benzyl benzoate, linalool, benzyl salicylate, geraniol, farnesol, eugenol, citral): take care not to overdose in mixtures. An elbow test is recommended prior to any skin application (at least 48 hours before use).
To be used with caution in hypotensive people, due to its hypotensive effect.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with the eyes.
