Comment

Spanish thyme can produce several essential oils of varying chemotypes. Do not confuse them.

Dietary supplement. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose (1 drop 2 times a day, maximum 80mg).
Do not use during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.
For adults only.
Not for prolonged use (maximum 14 days).
Not intended for children under 12 years of age.
As linalool is potentially allergenic, perform the elbow test as a precaution.
This oil can be irritating when used undiluted, so be sure to dilute it sufficiently for use on the skin.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
