Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Spain

Shipping is free if your order is over €200 excluding VAT.

The products are delivered within 2 to 5 working days (depending on the country of destination) from the day of dispatch.

The shipping costs do not include customs fees and other charges for entering certain countries, these costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Withdrawal at Bioflore, free of charge

You can collect your order at the Bioflore headquarters in Wavre (Belgium)

  • Monday to Thursday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 4.30pm,
  • Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 3pm.

Important: the order must have been finalised on the online shop. No modification or addition to the order can be made on the site.

To do so, please choose the option "WITHDRAWAL AT BIOFLORE" when choosing the delivery method.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready to be collected.

If you wish to pick up your order at Bioflore, the administration fee is also applicable for orders under 200 euros (excl. VAT).

Other European countries and the rest of the world including the French DOM-TOM, USA, Canada, Mexico, Turkey, Ukraine
