How to boost immunity with natural aromatherapy?

Our advice on boosting your immunity with essential oils and hydrosols. Solutions to prevent viral infections and boost your immune system.

1 - Take a hydrosol cure

Which hydrosols should I choose? Savory or thyme with thymol

  • Drink 2 tablespoons of hydrosol in a litre of water over the course of the day, as a 10-day course of treatment.

*Caution: Avoid using Thyme Thymol hydrosol after 4pm, as it is a tonic and could prevent you from sleeping!

2 - Think of our Immunity fluid

  • Apply and massage 1 to 2 doses of the fluid onto the inside of the wrists, the hollow of the elbow or the solar plexus.

3 - Prepare a synergy

In a 30 ml bottle with dropper cap, mix:

  • 1ml lemon oil (or 20 drops)
  • 1ml cinnamon essential oil (or 20 drops)
  • 1ml clove essential oil (or 20 drops)
  • 12 ml solubol dispersant
  • 15 ml chamomile hydrosol, Roman chamomile hydrosol or orange blossom hydrosol

Directions for use:

  • Pour 20 drops of this mixture into a glass of water every day, and take for one week.
  • Keep the bottle in the fridge.

4 - Take advantage of diffusion to purify the air in your home

  • Diffuse ravintsara essential oil on its own or combine it with niaouli, Scots pine and/or balsam fir.
