At any time of the day, to preserve or stimulate self-defence capabilities, spray once or twice directly on the skin in one of the following ways:

• on either inner side of a wrist, then rub the wrists together, breathe in deeply the aroma that emerges
• in the hollow of one elbow, then rub with the inside of the opposite wrist
• on the solar plexus and massage in slowly in a circular motion
• for children aged 8 and over, a single spray is sufficient, with the friction applied to the back or the arches of the feet
