• Food supplement. Keep out of reach of young children. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose (1-2 drops 3 times a day, maximum 5 drops. Maximum daily dose is 190 mg).
• Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, or for children under 6 years of age. Seek advice from a health professional.
• Store away from heat and light. In view of the risk of photosensitisation, low doses should also be used in mixtures; for safety reasons, the treated skin should not be exposed to daylight for several hours after application.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.
• Risk of allergy (limonene, linanool): be careful not to overdose in mixtures; an elbow test is recommended prior to any skin application (min 48 hours before use).
