Rose Geranium

Rose Geranium

Regenerating and invigorating, it is a choice ally in anti-ageing care, to which it brings its soft and delicate pinkish fragrance. Soothing, it relieves young and problematic scalps and skin, or red and sensitive skin. When diffused, while repelling insects, its subtle notes calm, soothe and create a harmonious atmosphere.

The geranium is a perennial plant of hot countries, of variable size, with pretty white, pink, red flowers... The hybridization of various geraniums gave two Cultivar (CV) today present in many regions: CV Egypt or CV Bourbon. These two varieties produce essential oils that are quite similar in terms of their biochemistry and properties.

Bourbon geranium has less harshness than its Egyptian counterpart and reveals softer and more lemony olfactory nuances. On a psycho-emotional level, it reveals a personality that is all sweetness and subtlety. It has no equal in erasing the excesses of any character with elegance and restraint. This tour de force is achieved by its mere presence, without imposing anything. It is the essential oil of adaptation.
