We have created this "Equilibre lunaire" roll-on to soothe mood disorders and our emotions during the premenstrual period. 7 organic essential oils act in synergy to calm anxiety, irritability, feelings of depression and anger that sometimes accompany PMS and precede the period.

Its essential oils under the microscope:

Roman Chamomile essential oil: a little sunshine that calms the nervous system, quickly soothes anguish and anxiety. Its luminous notes of apple, hay and honey help to refocus and relax.

Neroli bigarade essential oil: the enchanting orange blossom with its sweet and radiant scent, very comforting. It reassures, dispels the clouds of depression.

Clary Sage essential oil: the plant for women! With its warm, amber and almost musky aromas, its essential oil soothes nervous tension and helps to refocus. It opens up self-confidence and creativity, and encourages sleep.

Petit grain essential oil: an aromatherapy essential that offers the reassuring and restorative greenness of the leaves of the bigarade orange tree, from which it is extracted. It is the essential oil for wounded or lonely hearts, protective, soothing, reassuring and comforting.

Rose Geranium essential oil: its aromas are similar to those of the rose, with a greener, livelier and lemony character. As André Bitsas writes "it is the essential oil of adaptation, gentle and subtle". Ideal for harmonising excessive moods, it is tonic in the case of nervous fatigue and soothing in times of stress.

Patchouli essential oil: a scent like no other, earthy, sensual, suave, warm and woody! It brings its rebalancing action to this synergy and helps to anchor it in the body.

Rosemary verbenone essential oil: balances the nervous system, promotes mental clarity, and gives a boost to nervous fatigue and depression.

Lemongrass essential oil: with its lemony and fruity notes, it brings to this synergy its calming, relaxing and invigorating action.

These essential oils are diluted in a base of organic apricot kernel oil for a gentle application, which can be repeated up to three times a day.

This roll-on was created and manufactured by the herbalists of our laboratory Bioflore in Belgium.

This roll-on is suitable for adults and children over 12 years. Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age.

Ideally, this roll-on should be used between 11 and 5 days before the onset of your period, as soon as you start to feel the effects of PMS.
