I have normal, supple and comfortable skin with no particular problems. My skin doesn't need much care. So my routine is really minimalist.
- Morning and evening: I massage a few drops of sweet almond vegetable oil onto my face to nourish my skin. I apply alternately our neutral cream Douceur et Equilibre, personalised with a few drops of argan vegetable oil.
- I recently had a tummy tuck, to reduce the scarring I apply a mixture of rose hip oil and avocado oil.
- I play a lot of sport (especially football), which sometimes leads to sprains and strains. I regularly use Feline Suppleness massage oil to relieve minor sports-related pain and soothe sore muscles.
- Finally, I love cold saponified body soaps, my favourite: the woody soap En forêt
