Organic Yarrow essential oil

Organic Yarrow

Achilles, the hero of Greek mythology, is said to have given his name to this perennial herb, which was used to heal wounds during the Trojan War. Native to China, it grows wild in clumps in the meadows and grasslands of the Balkans. White, pink or purple flower heads develop at the top of the stems. Its dark blue essential oil has a powerful, fresh and camphorated aroma.

This plant has been used since the dawn of time... In Ireland, it was celebrated at the time of the summer solstice. Its essential oil is rare, which makes it an expensive product. Use sparingly.
