Presentation
This essential oil, composed of monoterpenes, monoterpenols and ethers, has a perfect aromatic similarity with the Asian nut from which it is extracted.
Properties
It is a general, cerebral and circulatory stimulant. It stimulates digestion. It is anti-infectious and antispasmodic. It is therefore recommended in cases of difficult digestion accompanied by intestinal infection and diarrhoea, digestive atony and spasmodic enterocolitis. It is uterotonic and emmenagogue. The presence of paracymene makes it an analgesic by cutaneous application (rheumatism, aches and pains, etc.).
Psycho-emotional level
It is recommended for people who are nervous, anxious, who think all the time and who do not sleep enough! Favour a soft diffusion and especially the cutaneous interface: in friction, by diluting sufficiently, or in massage.
