We advise you not to use boiling water to avoid denaturing the hydrosols. Peppermint hydrosol in hibiscus and pomegranate seed tea Infuse 4g of hibiscus flowers in a cup of hot water, add a small handful of pomegranate seeds and leave to infuse for ten minutes. Filter and add a teaspoon of peppermint hydrosol. Blackcurrant hydrosol in a chamomile and blueberry tea Infuse 1.5g of chamomile flowers in a cup of hot water, add a small handful of blueberries and leave to infuse for five minutes. Filter and add a teaspoon of blackcurrant hydrosol. To be taken after meals (helps digestion). Rose hydrosol in a tea of rose petals and fresh lychees Infuse a pinch of rose petals in a cup of hot water, add 2 peeled, pitted and cut lychees and leave to infuse for five minutes. Filter and add a teaspoon of rose hydrosol.
