    What essential oils should you pack in your holiday kit? To travel light, here is our minimalist and versatile aromatic selection, which will adapt to all situations.

    Spike lavender essential oil

    A truly versatile essential oil that soothes sunburn, calms insect and sea animal bites, and purifies small pimples.

    It is used:

    • pure on the small buttons
    • Diluted in an oily macerate of calendula to soothe sunburn and skin irritations. It can be dosed up to 2% of the total preparation.

    Italian immortelle essential oil

    To relieve bruises, bumps and small haematomas, it also tones heavy legs and regenerates damaged skin.

    It is used:

    • Pure on bruises and bumps, 1 to 2 drops to be massaged on the area to make it penetrate well
    • It can be diluted in a vegetable oil to regenerate the skin or to massage heavy legs. It can be dosed up to 2% of the total preparation.

    The synergy "Arômes de Légèreté"

    To effectively soothe digestive discomforts when travelling, nausea and stomach aches and even sunstroke. A fresh and digestive synergy of basil, peppermint, rosemary, juniper, cardamom, dill and coriander.

    It is used:

    • Pure massage on the painful stomach, 6 drops, 3 times a day

    Peppermint essential oil

    Tonic and refreshing, peppermint calms headaches, relieves motion sickness, and soothes minor itching. Energising, it clears the mind and dispels feelings of fatigue.

    It is used:

    • 1 drop on the temples, pure, to calm headaches
    • in an inhaler stick to relieve motion sickness and nausea
    • diluted in a small emergency roll-on to soothe minor irritations and itching: 5 drops for 10 ml of vegetable oil

    « Souplesse du félin » Massage oils

    For muscular comfort after a hike or a sporting effort, it promotes recovery by massaging the muscles and joints. A synergy of essential oils including peppermint, wintergreen and lavandin super, in an oily blend of arnica and St John's wort

    It is used:

    • It is massaged into sore muscles and joints before exercise to prepare and warm the muscles and after exercise to relieve cramps and aches and to promote recovery.
