    The 4 spice pepper, officinal pepper, is a tree of the eucalyptus family, native to the tropical regions of Central America and the Caribbean. Its leaves and berries are used in Creole and Caribbean cuisine. A flavor that evokes those of four spices together: cloves, nutmeg, pepper and cinnamon. It was traditionally used in Central America to perfume chocolate.

    The essential oil of 4 Spice Pepper and the essential oil of Bay de Saint-Thomas are quite similar. Less harsh than its cousin, this one is certainly spicy, but with finesse.
