Our caring guide to a natural pregnancy.
Supporting the body
To prevent stretch marks and promote supple skin, spread pure vegetable oils such as avocado, rose hip, wheat germ or use shea butter. Particular attention should be paid to the bust, chest, stomach, hips and thighs.
Luminous face routine
To reveal the beautiful glow of your skin, the famous pregnancy glow, you should adopt a universal routine without essential oils. This routine is suitable for all skin types, to moisturise, protect and give a healthy glow.
In general, during pregnancy, think of hydrolats, pure plant-based oils and aloe vera gel to moisturise and soothe the skin.
In case of pimples, to purify the skin, you can apply a drop of pure fine lavender essential oil on the imperfections and make a green clay mask once a week.
Calming anxiety
As from the third month, certain essential oils can be used to calm anxiety. Diffuse mild essential oils of fine lavender, petit grain bigarade, red mandarin or sweet orange.
The Roman chamomile roll-on, applied to the wrists and the back of the neck, will calm and soothe anxieties and help to promote sleep.
Living better the post-partum period
Damask rose hydrosol, to be sprayed without moderation on the face, wrists, nape, sheets, etc., will be a soothing companion in post-partum. The harmonising scent of rose is known to help you through the emotional rollercoaster of postpartum.
