Would you like to simplify your beauty routine and switch to vegetable oil for your face? Nothing could be easier! Simply replace your day and/or night cream by applying a pure oil or a mixture of vegetable oils, possibly with a few drops of essential oils added, we'll show you some recipes below!

The vegetable oil in practice: apply a few drops of vegetable oil to the face and neck, massaging well to make the oil penetrate. Always remember to apply your vegetable oil to clean and slightly damp skin, after applying your hydrosol for example!

You can use vegetable oils pure or in a mixture. It is perfectly possible to apply make-up after applying a vegetable oil, just wait a few minutes and apply make-up as usual.

For an even more complete effect, don't hesitate to add a few drops of essential oil to your oily care with a maximum dosage of 1% essential oil (i.e. 35 drops of essential oil max for 100ml of product)

A vegetable oil for my combination to oily skin

A vegetable oil for my acne-prone and blemished skin

We tend to dry out acne-prone skin at all costs: big mistake! Skin with imperfections needs a great deal of gentleness to regain its balance. By using plant oils with purifying, healing and regulating properties, with a fine and penetrating texture, acne-prone skin will regain its purity and balance over the course of weeks. The best organic vegetable oils for acne-prone skin are those of nigella or black cumin, macadamia, hazelnut, grape seed, jojoba. These oils are not sensitive to rancidity and are not comedogenic.

Tip: acne-prone skin with scars will find an exceptional regenerating effect when using rosehip oil. Use in the evening, as a night treatment, 2 or 3 times a week.

The most suitable vegetable oils are calendula (an oily macerate rich in anti-inflammatory ingredients), sweet almond and borage. To soothe redness and couperose, think of organic rice bran and calophylla inophyla vegetable oils, rich in soothing and fluidifying active ingredients known to tone up blood circulation and fight against diffuse redness.
