Compared to Rosewood, Ho Wood has advantages and disadvantages. Among the advantages, the relative absence of cineole makes it less volatile, less pungent: the impression is softer. Among the disadvantages: a little too present, linalool lacks moderating molecules.

• Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose (1 drop, once a day, maximum 35 mg).
• Not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy.
