How can I get healthy, balanced skin?
And what if it all came down to gentle daily gestures, a minimalist routine and truly adapted skin care? Let's review the basics together!
Double cleaning
Every evening, massage your dry skin with a vegetable oil, using a light circular massage. This removes impurities, pollution and make-up while promoting skin microcirculation.
Rinse your face with clean water and then cleanse your skin with a homemade superfatted soap or a non-drying cleanser.
This double cleansing helps the skin to regain its balance, prevents the appearance of small imperfections and protects the skin during cleansing to prevent it from drying out. It is truly the basis of a good skin care routine!

Hydrosol
On the evening, after the double cleaning, apply an hydrosol adapted to your skin type using a spray or cotton wipe. The hydrosols tone the skin and constitute a first treatment that can be purifying, soothing, balancing, anti-redness... depending on the hydrosol chosen.
In the morning, simply clean your skin with a wipe soaked in hydrosol, no need for more complicated cleaning.

Vegetable oil
Its affinity with the skin makes it ideal for preventing dehydration, providing good fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants to the epidermis, thus preserving the skin's youthfulness. Vegetable oils can be used pure or with a few drops of essential oils for an even more active treatment.

Exfoliation
Once a week, a very gentle exfoliation is performed to refine the skin texture, bring radiance to the complexion and rid the skin of dead cells. It's best to use skin-friendly, biodegradable plant-based exfoliants!
Very gentle plant exfoliants: almond kernel powder, apricot kernel powder
The all-rounder: organic aloe vera gel
Moisturising, soothing, regenerating and healing, organic aloe vera gel can be used pure, as a serum, in a thick layer to make a very moisturising mask, as an eye contour or mixed in the palm of your hand with your vegetable oil for a "slow" minute cream.
It is the natural solution to provide good hydration to the skin.
