    An archaic plant from the forests of western Madagascar, this endemic shrub has persistent, shiny, highly aromatic leaves. Used by the Malagasy in an ancestral way, their distillation today gives an essential oil often compared to that of Ravintsara. However, it has its own expression with fresh, acidulous and gently penetrating fragrances.
