Excellent taste if diluted: perfect for drinks. Soothing but not sedative. Combats anxiety, stress and excessive agitation in children. Gives good results with hyperactive children with concentration deficits.
The oral route is perfect: one teaspoonful in a glass of water at regular intervals. Pregnant women can use it against nausea, various digestive problems and water
retention. Also internally, lemon balm hydrosol is used to support immunity and prevent allergies. Caution with people prone to hypotension. Digestive, cholagogue, it relieves intestinal cramps. Its effect can be laxative for certain people suffering from intestinal disorders: start with low doses.
Externally, good antioxidant and soothing, suitable for irritated skin. Active in anti-ageing and after-sun cosmetics. Due to the specific action of aldehydes: apply pure to herpes, possibly supplemented by an internal treatment.
