This little balm, which you should always have in your pocket, makes breathing easier, stimulates the immune system and protects against viruses and other small winter ailments.
- Clean and disinfect equipment, utensils, work surfaces and hands.
- Melt the shea butter in a bain-marie and add the teaspoon of jojoba off the heat. Mix well in a bowl with a mini whisk.
- Add the essential oils to the warm but still liquid mixture and mix well with a mini whisk.
- Transfer the mixture to the small jar. Allow the balm to set at room temperature (if the mixture has difficulty solidifying, place it in the freezer for a few minutes).
Apply a small amount to the chest, upper back and wrists as soon as you feel the need.
Can be stored for 6 months in a cool and dark place. Warning: this balm is not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
