This little balm, which you should always have in your pocket, makes breathing easier, stimulates the immune system and protects against viruses and other small winter ailments. Apply a small amount to the chest, upper back and wrists as soon as you feel the need. Ingredients for 15 ml - 1 tablespoon of refined shea butter - 1 teaspoon organic jojoba oil - 10 drops of organic ravintsara essential oil - 5 drops of organic niaouli essential oil - 5 drops of organic scots pine essential oil Material - 1 bowl - 1 water bath - 1 15 ml jar - 1 mini whisk Preparation 1/ Clean and disinfect equipment, utensils, work surfaces and hands. 2/ Melt the shea butter in a bain-marie and add the teaspoon of jojoba off the heat. Mix well in a bowl with a mini whisk. 3/ Add the essential oils to the warm but still liquid mixture and mix well with a mini whisk. 4/ Transfer the mixture to the small jar. Allow the balm to set at room temperature (if the mixture has difficulty solidifying, place it in the freezer for a few minutes). Can be stored for 6 months in a cool and dark place.
