    It includes: mild soap, shea butter, avocado vegetable oil, rose hip vegetable oil.

    Morning

    1. Apply your avocado or rosehip oil alternately to your stomach, chest and thighs. You can also mix these two oils.

    Evening

    1. In the shower, use the "Le P'tit Doux" soap. Ideal for the face and body.
    2. Then spread shea butter on dry areas prone to stretch marks.
    3. Be careful, this butter is very greasy, so put on clothes that are "safe".
